There is also one more point to note in the benchmark. The PHP script seems to have returned non-2xx response code 19 times probably 500's or something else, but Python returned zero !

Is the sum+= line really needed ??

This line makes no sense, because sum has been initialized with value zero during declaration.

sum += a+b;

is same as

sum = a+b;

when sum is zero or when you want to assign sum a new value.

Also in your tutorial, use stdlib.h instead of conio.h for portability of code. I think the clear screen command in cmd.exe for windows is cls, check it out.
